G2. How often does the GSD refresh?

Once per day.

G3. What time does the GSD refresh each day?

Around 8 AM EST (though usually by 6 AM EST).

G4. How do I request access to the GSD?

Ask a Security Liaison within your unit to send a request to [email protected] with:

The NetIDs of anyone who should be added
The unit/sub-units to grant access to within the GSD

G5. Why isn’t a change I made recently being reflected on the GSD?

The GSD pulls from nearly 60 data sources to compile its information (see question AI1 for more details), and there is a chain of events that occur in a specific sequence and must complete by a certain time each day.
